utilio provides monitoring, uptime tracking, incident management, alerting, status pages, and team workspaces.
You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials secure, and ensure only authorized users access your workspace.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, violate applicable law, probe unauthorized systems, or use utilio for abusive activity.
Paid plans are billed in advance on recurring cycles through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel at any time; service remains available until the current paid term ends.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, except where required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, utilio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal requirements, or serious security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
